Our Standards
We do not list a product unless we can provide accurate dimensions, weight capacity, material specifications, and realistic delivery estimates. If a kayak is rated for Class I–II water only, requires a specific inflation PSI to perform safely, or is better suited for flatwater than moving water, we say so on the product page.
Every purchase is backed by a 30-day return window on unused, uninflated items in original packaging and a commitment to resolve any issue — damaged, defective, or incorrect — at no cost to you.
How We Work
SportNay operates as a curated online store. We work with a network of manufacturers and suppliers to offer a focused selection of inflatable kayaks and water sports accessories without the overhead of a physical showroom. This keeps pricing competitive and our catalog manageable.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted US carriers. US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
